Refund policy

Returns

You may return any item within 14 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unused
• in their original condition
• in their original packaging

Items that are not in perfect condition will not be accepted.

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product), Neraw Materials covers the return shipping cost.

If the courier company fails to deliver the order or causes damage during transport, the courier company is responsible for the return process and cost.

If you wish to return a product for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong choice), the return shipping cost is covered by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed after quality control, and the amount is returned using the same payment method used for the original purchase (credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer).

Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
